At USA Service Animal Registration, we want you and your service animal to look your best in our high-quality apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free from pet hair or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fashion items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
